TRAVELBUG believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations are only accepted before the order status is updated to "Dispatched".
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of arrival with mandatory unboxing video proof.
EXCHANGE ONLY: We do not offer monetary refunds. All sales are eligible for size or color exchanges only.
Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery. The item must be in original "Pre-Flight" condition (unworn with tags).
Reverse shipping charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer unless the item was received damaged.
